Ann Tin was founded in 1999. We started out as a modest organization which does only services related to PCs. Through these 6 years, we have gradually moved on to diversify our services on more IT products. We have gain lots of experience in areas like, notebooks, servers, networks, migration and Project Management for some high profile events.

We place the clients interest and their needs as the outmost priority. This and only this allows us to hold the leading positions and client’s trust and respect. The following are some of the project experience we have gained from the past years:-

International Olympic Committee Event

This 10 days event in Raffles City Convention Centre was an eye opener for most of our engineers. We were engaged to provide setup and

24 x 7 helpdesk support for the entire event. Our specialize team of 16 engineers who were involved in this prestigious event has much experience in Networks and Desktop Support.

WIPO - Diplomatic Conference

The event took place from March 13 to 31, 2006. The 3 week long conference was held in SunTec Convention Hall for delegates from all over the world. Ann Tin provided the setup, desktop and helpdesk support team for this 3 week event.

PC Replacement & Data Migration

This migration project lasted 2 months, started in March 2006, was done in an Education Ministry which consist of a few different sites. There was a total of 2000 sets of PCs replaced and manual migration was done for all the PCs. This project was managed by our team of 10 engineers who had in-depth knowledge in manual data and e-mail migration.

Transport Authority Data Migration

Project includes PC and Printer replacement with automated data and e-mail migration using Altiris Asset Management software for 3000 sets of PCs. This 5 month project which started in November 2005, was done in 4 different locations and other smaller site offices. Our team of 40 experienced engineers provided the on-site setup and migration for during this project.

PC Replacements

We provide User Acceptance Test for Schools and ITE. To perform UAT for approximately 12,000 sets of PCs per annum in primary, secondary, ITE and JCs island-wide. Project includes settings in OS, printers, inventory asset management, labelling and physical locking of CPUs.

Notebook Cloning, Distribution & Preparation

A total volume of about 8000 notebooks annually, project includes mass cloning of notebooks using network cloning. We handle different stages of this project from image preparation of different models before road-show with the school, to managing of road-show distribution, daily cloning operation, quality checks, testing and distribution at school’s premise and planning of delivery to approximately 1500 homes in a month.

Network Maintenance

Project management for handling of Preventive Maintenance contract for Government sector. Project scope includes site-survey of 29 locations and producing of detailed complete network documents. This project is handled by 3 network engineers and 2 documentation staff.

Telco Dealer's System Maintenance

Maintenance of 150 PCs island-wide in 45 locations. Provided setup and installation with a maintenance team support 24 by 7 .
